Return & Refund Policy

At Korddd, we specialize in providing high-quality tech accessories at competitive prices. Because of this, our return policy depends on your geographical location to align with international consumer laws.

1. International Customers (USA, Canada, Australia, Rest of World)

For all orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect device/size selection. Please ensure you select the correct iPhone model or cable type before checking out.

2. EU & UK Customers (Mandatory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with European Union and UK consumer protection laws, residents of the EU and UK have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return their item for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • For Screen Protectors: We cannot accept returns if the protective backing sheet has been peeled off or applied to a device, as the item is no longer in a resalable condition.

  • EU/UK customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated return facility.

3. Damaged, Broken, or Defective Items (Applies Globally)

The ultimate exception to our final sale policy is if your item arrives broken, defective, or does not work properly. We want to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us immediately at infokorddd@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo or short video showing that the item arrived broken, cracked, or defective.

Once we verify the damage via email, we will gladly arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you immediately at zero extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to mail the broken item back to us.
