Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Korddd. We are dedicated to delivering your tech accessories safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping terms and estimates.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a secondary notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Estimates

We ship our products worldwide. Because we work directly with global manufacturing partners to keep our prices competitive, shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 14 business days

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 7 – 12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, local postal backlogs, or severe weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Optional Note: If you plan on offering free shipping to boost your sales, you can replace this line with: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide!)

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at infokorddd@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Korddd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

(Note for EU Orders: For shipments delivered within the European Union, standard VAT rules apply at checkout based on your setup).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to cancel/change an order or to change its delivery address.

If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at infokorddd@gmail.com. If the package has already left our fulfillment partner's facility, we cannot alter the delivery route or offer a refund for an incorrect address.
